Yes, you need a valid email id to register on The same email id will be used to communicate with you in the future. We value your privacy, and we hate spam as much as you do. We are not going to spam or sell your email address to any third party. We still need your email account to be able to provide you with your Job related information or notifications you may choose.

We need your company or personal information to verify you as registered user inorder to avoid any spam or fraudulent activities.

Once your account is verified by MWayHire you can click on the job posting link and select new job posting from drop down and fill in all the necessary details.
Yes you can edit the information of any existing job. Go and select edit job posting from drop down menu of new job posting. You can search the required job you had posted from the search criteria and then select edit on the right hand side of the respective job. Once you are done with the editing, select submit button.
No either personal or company pan number is necessary.
Yes you can clone any job from the list you had post in the past, by select clone option from the drop down menu of new job posting. Search the required job from the search criteria, click on the job once you found and click on the clone button on the extreme right. If you wish to edit any information you can edit OR click on the submit when you are ready to post as new job.

You need to check your username and password if you are not able to log in to your account. Please check your email id and look for the welcome mail received from MWayHire.
If you don't remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link below the log in box. It will prompt you to enter your username (email id). A new password will be sent to you on your email id. Click on the link in your email it will redirected you to create new password window

You can Edit Edit/Update your Profile by following these steps.

1) First Login to your Account Using you verified Email ID and Password.

2) Then select Edit registration from the left menu. Edit the information in the form and click submit once yu are done.

Click ViewJob & Attach Applicant Tab. Find the job from the search criteria, Example if you are looking for jobs in the marketing field, Mumbai location from dates between 5th April to 20th April. Enter marketing in the job role tab, Mumbai in mocation tab and select from and to dates from the respective dates tab and click search and the related jobs in the list below the search menu.

Select the particular which you thinks job description matches with the resume of your candidate

Click on the “Attach Resume” button on the extreme right enter all the required information about the candidate. Attach the resume and click apply and upload button.

You can track your applicant status from the Applicant tracking tab. Processed, Accepted and Rejected will come under Action taken column. Interview, Offer made, Offer Rejected, Rejected after offer made, Offer accepted, Joining date will be shown under Status column.
Once resume submit by recruit against a particular job, our team and resume management system matches the resume content with the job description. Once it found relevant the resume is processed to the respective employer window, where he/she can accept or reject the candidate, which you can see track in the tracking applicant tab.
